Does olive oil help with dermatitis?

I find using products which are 'chemical safe' improve my condition, I have learned to read labels correctly and have really reduced flare ups.Does olive oil help with dermatitis?

donno about olive oil, but i know vitamins are good, especially vitamin b
if you cook good vegetables in it! not if it is from oily skin, do you mean eating it or putting it on it? Where is it? What kind is it? How do you know that is what it is?
Try using Cetaphil Cream. Seems to work the best for me.
