Can chicken be fried in olive oil?

You can saute chicken in olive oil, and I do often, but if you are making true fried chicken, you'll want to use regular corn or veg oil. Olive is too expensive and has a lower smoke point to use for deep frying, not to mention the more robust flavor of olive oil that you would not want to impart to fried foods. Can chicken be fried in olive oil?
Yes, chicken can be fired in most any oil, but for maximum flavor I prefer lard, if you're not worried about what they call healthy diet cooking. Can chicken be fried in olive oil?
No, I wouldnt do it. It would probably start smoking too bad. Use canola or peanut oil, or vegetable oil, or crisco.
yes.... but becareful because olive oil cannot be heated as hot as vegetable or corn oil or else it will burn. Which also makes me think that if the temp is not high enough your chicken might be a bit greasy
Yes, but not too hot. Olive oil is the best and healthiest oil there is for most uses except deep frying. We pan fry everything in Olive Oyl.
yes - but I usually just bake it with olive oil, fresh rosemary and sea salt/pepper
yes it can, just watch the temperature, so you don't burn the oil. Cook it in small batches
Yep...do it all the time!
of course and its healthy for u. u dont need a whole lot

Ya!

Of course it can
Why don't you try eating a nice salad instead of a bird corpse
