olive oil is very healthy for eating and especially with regards to moisturizing (that's why its in many creams...)

there is really nothing you can do to make your hair thicker--unfortunately youre born with the hair type youre going to have forever. but olive oil does make your hair healthier and restores it therefore giving it the appearance of being thicker.
It maks it shinier, and if you have seriously overdryed hair, then use it. Otherwise, it just makes your hair look greasy. Sorry i couldn't help more.

i do this right after i dye my hair and every other week..i use on dry hair, dont put on ur scalp, just take a drop and rub into ur hair and leave on as long as u want then washout really well..GL
