it is ok...if your wanting to use it on your hair i would go with a hair serum instead of olive oil....there are all kinds of serum..ranging from 3.00-25.00 and higher. Instead of using olive oil i prefer to use paul mitchell hair serum.

yes and it's good for your skin but you need to eat it for it to work not just pour it into your self like some believe.
I think so, but cod liver oil is even better! :]
