Which one is better and if Olive Oil is your choice can you please go into detail such as is it the Olive Oil you use for cooking or a beauty brand? And what sort eg. 100% Olive Oil or Extra Virgin? Omega 3 fish oil is actually the best and vitamin E, but between your 2 choices probably olive oil.
