Olive oil vs. lemon juice??

im planning on lightening my hair by either olive oil or lemon juice but i have a few questions before i do.





1. wich one works best to get my hair from honey-nut brown to a hoey blonde??


2. would it look good on a girl that has wavy/curly hair 5 in longer than her shoulders?


3. How many times do i have to apply it to my hair??


4. anything else i nned to know??

1st of all lemon juice and olive oil work in opposite way.


for lightening ur hair use lemon. olive oil will never lighten ur hair


-olive oil is for mosturising ur hair and norushing it


-lemon is acidic so it has a drying effect so u'll need to mosturise ur hair more to keep it soft


-put fresh lemon juice on ur hair and let it dry naturally in the sun. if the result is not what u expected, u can add more juice.Olive oil vs. lemon juice??
I'm not sure olive oil or lemon can lighten your hair, altough olive oil is used as hair treatment mask. Try consider application of peroxyde, you'll probably only need oxygen at 20% switching from light brown to medium blonde and your hair wont be that much damaged (hopefully).
i have brown wavy/curly hair and i sometimes use lemon juice in my hair. it does work but it shows up better if u go outside in the sun afterwards. sometimes it makes ur hair sticky though depending on how much u put in and how u do it. u would have to do it every time u get ur hair wet though cuz it will wash out.
first olive oil makes ur hair darker and lemon juice makes it lighter but it really dries ur hair


try using camomile they really work and makes ur hair softer trust me

Probably the olive oil will work better since your hair is brown. Lemon juice works better for blondes. Try the olive oil once and then use the lemon juice about 2 days later. 鈾mily
i think olive oil is used to help get the frizz out of your hair not to make it lighter..
Use peroxide it works better. But lemons smell better.
lemon juice because olive oil is used to get the frizz out of your hair adn that does not lighten but lemon juice does use it 2 times a week untill yuo get the hair color you want
