Olive oil heat protectant?

Olive oil moisturizing lotion. can this product opt for a heat protectant? if not can the Pink hair lotion be a heat protectant? because i ran out of the actual spray and need a substitute. thanks a billion ps i have kinky ethnic hairOlive oil heat protectant?

Don't use Pink hair lotion. It dries out African American hair which leads to breakage.
