Olive oil or egg whites?

which is better? for hair.Olive oil or egg whites?
egg whites mostly because its cheaper then olive oil and also because your head produces natrual oils and to add more oil would look very gross and well oily if u have a dry scalp that would be bect to use oil but otherwise i sugest notoh and also because oils as heavy as oliveoil usually stun growthOlive oil or egg whites?
olive oil helps with dried out over processed hair.
I would go with shampoo. But i heard mayo works well, which is kinda nasty.
