Can one eat fresh veggies and fruits and olive oil?

like having a meals with sauteeing veggies and oils and fruits but not much grains just lots of veggies and fruits and beans and tofu and no meat dairy just mainly good fats and veggies and fruitsCan one eat fresh veggies and fruits and olive oil?
Yeah. You can. I would definitely throw in at least some whole grain triscuits once in a while. You need whole grains.

edit- I am not positive about the whole grain thing. I just know my bowels thank me when I eat whole grains. However, I'd imagine the diet you listed wouldn't stop you up.





I am not a dietrician nor did I claim to be one. It's just my opinion that you should probably mix some grains in.Can one eat fresh veggies and fruits and olive oil?
you DONT need whole grains. thats just listening to the FDA who says we only need 2 and 1/2 hours of exercise in one week, and the majority of our food should be grains. NO WAY!





Many people follow grain-free diets and feel amazing.





What you listed is fine!
Yeah, you could... Not as healthy as a well-rounded diet, which typically includes grains...
why even ask?
