Greek Honey, Olive Oil and Feta?

For those of you whom are Greek, live(d) in Greece or have knowledge on these products in Greece i am curious to what you believe is the BEST Honey, Olive Oil and Feta produced in Greece.

I dont particularly want big corporations, i am interested in high quality. I have lived in Greece myself and am moving back soon- I am a culinary student at the moment and i have found what i feel is the best honey but i hope to hear more opinions. I am looking into going to these farmers, producers, artisans and learning from them. :)

Thank you Greek Honey, Olive Oil and Feta?
Honey = Oikologiko Monopati Pan - the best ever! You find it only in organic shops. I especially like the chestnut one. Do not buy honey from rural road sellers, this can be often bad quality...

Olive oil = the best is from Kalamata. Of course, it is best if you can find a small farmer who will sell you some. However, I think organic extra virgin olive oil ';Gaia'; is quite decent.

Feta = I like ';Olympos'; most. Greek Honey, Olive Oil and Feta?
I always get my honey from the island of Crete through relatives, that way I know it is totally pure and greedy people dint have a chance to play with it for more profit. The very best for me.

The same with the oil,we have our olive groves and never allow other people to mess around with our harvest only people we trust, like family.

My favorite Feta is Dodoni also, excellent product.

Spend some time in the island of Crete, people are realy friendly and their products are awarded very often from the European Comunity like the oil from Sitia, look it up.
honey, Attiki

Feta , Dodoni (just like asimenia!)

And the best olive oil is from CRETE not Kalamata! Since is may be hard to get from a local; source, if I can't buy local I buy Altis. Please note that all 3 of the manufacturers I mentioned are huge companies. They became huge for a reason: they have good products!

The BEST is to go local, if you can't these are second best.
We get our olive oil from Amfissa (locally produced by the people there)

We get given fresh honey from Epirus (again not label)

I enjoy Dodoni feta the most it's not so harsh as some of the barrel kind - but it is more expensive!
