you can get alot of omega 3 from oily fish such as sardines, tuna and salmon and these can be cheap as you don't have to buy them from the fish counter, they come in tins and supermarkets somtimes do deals on packets of them. If you choose tuna then get the tins in brine, not sunflower oil as ud be digesting unneccesary calories and hasnt got as much nutrients as the brine variety has. Also if you dnt like the sound of that then take seven seas cod liver oil in capsules, you can even get some which can help with calcium and odourless garlic added to help circulationWe eat Chicken, a little fish (so expensive) and I cook with olive oil is my family getting enough Omega 3?
You really need to have a well balanced diet that includes lots of fruit %26amp; veg. If you are concerned about not getting enough omega 3 then why not take a supplement?
