If yes, then try using olive oil in your food instead.
i've not tried it but i've heard its very good.
Also, eat lots of fruits(esp oranges, apples, strawberries)
and vegetables like spinach(best), carrots and tomatoes.
you will get great skin.
definitely it made it smoother, but didint really help with blemishes so i just used a toner afterwards
